Game trailers have become more interesting as the years pass and technology develops. For example, the term cinematic trailer has now entered our literature. In such an ecosystem, some game trailers can reach huge views. So which is the most watched game trailer?
List of most watched game trailers of all time
@GTAVI_Countdown, known for its news for GTA 6 on Twitter (now known as X), prepared a list of the most watched game trailers of all time in its new post.
You may be surprised that the GTA 6 trailer, which players have been waiting for for more than 10 years and broke records as soon as it was released last December, is not the most watched game trailer.
As you can see, although the GTA 6 trailer attracted great hype when it was released and is still continuing that hype, it is not the most watched game trailer.
Instead, that title belongs to Subway Surfers, one of the games sitting on the throne of the mobile gaming kingdom with 361 million views. Since the game’s social media account is also very active, these viewing figures are increasing over the years.
Supercell’s legendary strategy game Clash of Clans comes in third place, right after GTA 6. GTA 5, another legend of Rockstar Games, could not enter the top 5 and remained watched by 108 million.
